This series contains reports of the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA), which was under the jurisdiction of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. NOACA's primary mission was to study water quality in northeastern Ohio. The reports deal with such topics as wastewater treatment, the impact of rain water, brine disposal, sewage disposal, urban sediment control, and water quality management.
